  3. I need help! I've been working out 6 days a week for an hour for 5 weeks doing HIIT jazzercise and not only have i not lost any weight, it says I've gained! I don't come close to over eating, I'm getting discouraged rather quick here! I've spent at least 500$ on weight loss products and nothing has helped.
